Key message: Volunteers who are trained and ready in times of disaster are always needed. The Red Cross is offering RWTC program to companies to engage and train committed teams of employee volunteers who will be ready to respond immediately to local disaster.

What is it? Public awareness and marketing campaign used by Red Cross national headquarters in calling the American public to action.
